How many employees do I need to qualify for the program?

In order for a business to provide PHS to its employees, it needs a minimum of 10 employees earning more than $25k per year

If my employees leave my company what happens to their plan?

If your employee leaves, they take their plan with them. It is up to them to contribute to the plan, but the assets they created are theirs to use at their own discretion.

Typically it will take about 45 days from the time payroll reports are received to actual implementation.

How quickly can coverage start?
